Tanning
A process that allows the hide to preserve all its natural characteristics intact and stable over time.
Dyeing
A process carried out in drums to improve the aesthetic and commercial characteristics of the leather by giving it not just the desired colour, but also the softness, elasticity and fullness required for each product.
Finishing
The final part of the process includes operations designed to protect the surface of the leather, while maintaining the most natural possible appearance, in order to obtain the desired look and physical characteristics, and to guarantee that they last over time.
Selection
Qualitative classification of leathers with selection based on any imperfections that may be found.
ABIP, OUR BRAND BY RDC
In December 2008 we added an important new element to our collection.
ABIP, another historic brand in the Italian tanning industry, has become ABIP by RUSSO DI CASANDRINO, further expanding and improving our range of products.
